Customs and import taxes?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Mellow5 will not be responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges?

  • We accept cancellations: Request for a cancellation within 2 days of purchase.
  • No returns or exchanges: However, do contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Do you take custom orders?

We are open for custom orders. Soaps need a 4-5 weeks curing time before packing. Hence, plan ahead and send us the color theme and fragrance as you require.

Soap Care Instructions?

Mellow5 soaps are handmade using oils and butters with no chemicals nor preservatives. Hence, keep the soaps dry between every usage for a longer shelf life.
